Your Right to Deletion
Vault respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time, subject to certain legal and legitimate business exceptions.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete the following categories of data:
- Creator application submissions (name, email, platform URLs, follower data)
- Contact form submissions and email correspondence records
- Website usage data tied to your identity
- Any marketing communication preferences and subscriber records
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request where we are required to:
- Comply with a legal obligation (e.g., financial records, tax compliance)
- Defend against or pursue legal claims
- Complete a contractual obligation currently in progress
- Maintain records required by applicable law for a specified retention period
In such cases, we will inform you of the specific reason for retention and the expected retention period.
How to Submit a Request
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a request to hello@vaultmgt.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include: Your full name, the email address associated with your data, and a brief description of what data you would like deleted
Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may include confirming details associated with your account or submitted application.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of identity verification. If we require additional time due to complexity or volume of requests, we will notify you with an explanation.
Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a written confirmation to the email address provided in your request. Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered.
